ROO-IN-A-SUITCASE

Over the past couple of months I have been engaged in a really cool project. I have just recently completed making a suitcase full of 6 animals for the wonderful and talented performance poet Rosie Harris. They are now genuine Ozzie dudes and I have been up-cycling old unloved toys and turning them every which way to create new bouncy furry characters. Fancy a peep? Here they are in their full glory. Meet Roo, Emu, Kookaburra, Platypus, Echidna and last but no least the Eucalyptus loving Koala.
The show is being rolled out across the country to both art centres, theatres and schools in conjunction with Half moon theatre Hackney and Apples and Snakes, the performance poetry organisation.
